Is there a place we can provide links/info/leads on people who might be doing it. I've seen one listed only 42 mins ago on Facebook marketplace and obviously on FB the listing is linked to a person's name.
Can't be that hard to find which member in Kilburn just bought a card shirley?

He didnt have Kilburn on before so It's probably just to throw people off.
Some guy called Kev managed to put through an order for a £10K card and the card issuer paid it! 
The reason that I say this here is because they have a multi year order history so they could be a forum member.
I've refunded the payment but they might be a little light for a day or two, I really hope it doesn't result in bank charges for them.

You'd need a dynamic system where the user/bot has to parse a complicated English sentence to complete a math problem. Lot's of double negatives etc. Would weed out a few undeserving real people too
not very helpful to the genuine customers like me who are dumbasses.

My issuer would pay it if its 10k, its a credit card after all...
I suspect its only a hold charge so "you'd like to think" they wouldn't get further charges.
