Q9550 ES Testing (lots of pics)

speed fan beta doesnt work with it either. The Asus AI suite works fine though. Says its idling 2c above ambient. Orthos loading up all 4 cores was reported at 53c. This is using a stock Intel cooler, so significant gains to be had here.

I'm downloading PCmark05 just now. (crawling along), I'll see if I can get Sisoft Sandra full edition. The free version is pretty limited. If there are any specific benchies you would like to see just ask. :)
 
Install some Vista please mate and install Vantage. :)

Liking the look of that CPU a lot. :)


4455 CPU score in 3D Mark 06. My Q6600@ 3.9 does 5998 :(

Oooh if those temps are accurate this may make my choice of phenom or penryn more difficult. Looks like its down to which is faster at 2.66GHz :D
