Win 10storeonly? I'll pass.
Fixed that for you. I'm not installing Windows Malware Edition.
Except that the Win 10 store version of Rise of the Tomb Raider misses... access to the game folder, access to exclusive full screen(so xfire won't work) and just didn't work well for me at all.
If Win 10 store provided a full version of the game, with normal access to the game folder, with real full screen gaming then sure, fine, I'd use it. While they are providing limited access to game content it's a joke.
Imagine Fallout 4 via Win 10 store with no game modding, GTA 5, Skyrim. Win 10 store is currently an abomination providing effectively console level gaming with console level options on a PC. Until/unless MS address issues and provide identical game access/quality to any other version of a game or basically to PC standards then they can screw right off.
Funny how MS are actually given the PC some love and people still ain't happy. There is more to PC platforms than Steam and there is nothing wrong with Windows 10 either. Take your tin foil hats off![]()
But isn't those issues due to the developers to sort out? MS only provides the platform to sell the game on. Its down the developers to sort game integration in the store same way Valve do with Steam.
