Queen Elizabeth II has passed away - keep posts civil and respectful

Really hate companies who only correspond via Twitter.
that and Facebook. As much as I use FB I really hate contacting businesses via those two. It doesnt take much cost or effort get a splash page and domain set up for a business, even small one person gigs. I want a website to use to contact you.
Anyway, back on topic.

What an event. Very emotional and went without a hitch, from what I noticed. Loving all the uniforms.

The senior service were superb. A picture if solemnity all through. Hauling a gun carriage the best part of two miles may not be too straining for 142 naval ratings but it showed service to the monarch and country. Their drill was also impeccable.

Back to Pompey for a tot or two.

Is there even the faintest chance that she's not actually in there and has been moved in advance?
I've considered this, I mean it is very possible, its entirely possible that she has been in Windsor since earlier this week, its also entirely possible and likely that she has been in the coffin the whole time. Regardless I really dont think it matters.
For the most part a lot of todays events were primarily symbolic and a way for the public/visitors/heads of stet etc to share and feel like they were part of something larger and pay their respects. For the military it was a way for us to show our great admiration, appreciation and respect for our late boss.

Regardless if her body was in the box or not... It was something physical/tangible to focus these actions/thoughts/emotions on.

Switch off your phone and pc for the day then and do something unrelated to the queen’s funeral?

Lol. Switch off my phone and PC for the day. Don't turn on the TV or radio? I mean, in some ways, I wish I could but realistically, it's not practical considering I'm at work and work from home.

Should I have done the same for the last week?
