Queen Elizabeth II has passed away - keep posts civil and respectful

My nan was totally fine, lived on her own, no mobility issues until she was 95, had one fall and then 9 months later she had deteriorated dramatically and needed fulltime care then died aged 96
My grandmother has deteriorated a lot in 18 months. She has lost so much weight as hardly eating anything. Those snack size pork pies she has a third of one. Then cuts a Mr Kipling cake in half.

Her health is awful at the moment. Hoping she’s not dragging life for not much more.

She’s 94.

My nan lived to 94, She was admitted to hospital just after her last Xmas. She just stopped eating when she went in. Fell out of bed twice during her last stay there, passed away 90 days later. PM revealed she weighed 4 stone at time said passing. Our family thought she'd just had enough of life.
