Not selling as well as hoped... it's not even released yet, and there's people reporting shortages for the 512gb in lots of countries.

I've not watched, so what are his sources?

Looks like the 512GB versions have sold out as the hype train from youtubers says that you need that amount of memory for all your games. At £480 it's a little expensive as a toy to get little jonny for xmas. I guess the lite version will sell a lot better next year.

Yeah, unfortunately nothing has updated further on my tracking since yesterday afternoon, still has the same message saying parcel being packed.

Yep same here. If past experience
applies, it’ll be dispatched and sent with next day delivery, hopefully turning up tomorrow.

Enthusiasts will I'm sure buy up the initial supply, the whole sales question won't be answered until December imho when restocking is done in time for Christmas.

Then of course Meta could announce plans for a 256GB variant/replacement and a cheaper model possibly compatible with the old controllers next year... who knows depends on the uptake I guess.

I wouldn't pay too close attention to the social media influencers there is a plague of them simply acting as paid for promotion, and finding any excuse to tweet something 4 times a day with the text Meta Quest3 somewhere
