Are you joking? There are blatant cases of racism.
Yes, there are. And there's probably at least an equal number of events that are in no way racism, yet the media jump on it shouting about racism and making it into an issue, when it never was.

Just googled it....
One definition reads "The belief that one race is either superior or inferior to the next"
Basically we are all racist in the eyes of the media and PC Brigade.
Yeah that bugs me too, as I'm Chinese and no my eyes are not slanted as some people would call itNot just skin colour, but one thing that bugs me is people describing people of asian descent as "slanty eyed people".

Indeed, this kind of behavior is fine, its all just PC nonsense.

One thing that REALLY annoys me, is when some random on the street goes "Ni Hao" (meaning hi/how are you). No, don't automatically assume I'm Chinese. No, don't assume I know Mandarin. No, don't assume it's funny or polite.

Treating someone differently because of their race.
Most racist twitter feed comments I've ever seen.
That's not ok, not by a long way.

Treating someone differently because of their race.
I dont deny that. But there have been some instances that have made me ask what on earth is the world coming to!
Some could say we have an ignorant view on racism because as "white people", we don't have to deal with any racism towards us.
I'm assuming that you're white, DAIR
Yeah I agree with you however, the following quoted post says it quite well I think:
I'm assuming that you're white, DAIR, and consequently probably have never felt the full impact of racism upon yourself. Nor have I, frankly. For someone to judge you on where and to whom you happened to be born though, a factor, which unlike religious beliefs, moral beliefs, the clothes you wear, the subculture you belong to etc, is completely unchosen by you.
I think it's far too easy to underestimate the hurt which racism does to people, and you'd think in the fairly tolerant society we have today, something so minor would not matter any more.
Your assumption is incorrect. I'm black!
Is it racist to assume everyone on the internet is white?
