Not seen it but I can't understand why it would be racist, it is showing people of different races with different skin tones and how they match a toaster setting. Correlation does not imply Caucasian... are any better or worse than any other race.

Have already shared in the work group and we are all different ethincity. The two black people in the office said I hope I don't make toast as black as them cause it would be burnt and go in the bin. Being offended upon someone elses ethinicity/skin colour is a 'you' issue.

The video that was posted earlier have some good examples, show the pic to some, including black people, and many would find it funny and not take offence. The problem comes when that one person does find it offensive and complains to hr or whatever. I wouldn't put myself in that situation by sharing it.

Google WhatsApp disciplinaries, there are so many people received warnings and dismissals due to sending inappropriate messages/images.

Tbh with the HR lady (whom is one of the black people) I don't think we have that issue at our company.
