Alessio1989 on the OC results in the Polish review:
"- They received an unlucky sample (artefacts).
- We received a luck sample (over-volt is needed).
We will post all after NDA."
So it appears there is still hope!![]()
I think what people mean by custom coolers is when the manufacturers like ASUS, MSi, Gigabyte etc release the card with their own coolers on.
So what's the current rumours? 970 performance?
So what's the current rumours? 970 performance?
Just curious, why do you insist on putting the cost of delivery into the price of the card? Delivery to Ireland is going to cost the same whether you buy a 970, 390x or 480.
For the 480 you seem to be adding the delivery costs then complaining about how much it costs and then saying it's terrible price/performance.
A reason I never buy ASUS cards, they cost more for the same, or often less; as was the case they once reused Geforce coolers on AMD cards which caused temp issues.
Plus their RMA service is a joke; yet they always charge an extra premium due to their brand power.
Heavily overclocked 970. So 980 basically.
According to Japanese site TotalSuperPCGamingFuntime.com The Rx480 fails to beat a Rx470 in Horrace goes skiing.
Thanks
So the earliest I could get one delivered, would be Thursday unless I pop into the shop?
How does it do on Frogger?
Pointless speculating really, 24 hours and we'll know.
Once?
