It was free as part of the first Play at Home games I think.
Absolutely stunning game. Honestly feels like you are playing a Pixar movie at times.
I’ve using performance RT and its lovely in 60fps and still looks gorgeous. GF just started the first hour in full 4k and I cannot get over just how good this game looks. Not sure if I would be happy at 30fps for some of the action sequences though.
humour is good, puzzles are decent. Platforming feels right. Weapons are fun to use and you are forced to switch between them all. mini map showing secrets you walk past is handy.
9/10 for me.

I can't even get past the tutorial as every time I try to kill Dr nefarious he goes down to 45% and just sits there!! Is this a common bug?

I had a similar problem last night with one of the juggernaut bosses, he just randomly stopped attacking with around 40% health left, don't know why :-/ had to restart from the last save.
Absolutely adoring this game so far, about 30% done, the load times, the graphics and the gameplay is just top notch, Insomniac Games really are superb. The 'cut scenes' and the gameplay all rolls into one, so smooth and seemless

As a PC gamer who has had good graphics, fast loading times, will I be blown away or will I be saying about time?
Does look a good game that will be fun, but I think I'll miss out on the other stuff that makes console gamers excited.

Load times are in another league to PC, we're talking about 6 seconds to the title screen, 2 seconds from loading your save to playing and then zero loading during actual game play. PC's won't touch those load times until Direct Storage.
That is speedy and very impressive.
Loving this so far as many have said it’s like taking part in an older Pixar movie. I’m playing in the 30fps mode the game gets pretty frantic and haven’t noticed any hiccups so far it’s just fun and gorgeous. Cant wait to see what insomniac do next and what other devs can do when not constrained by cross generation limitations.

Oh absolutely you will be blown away, as @Broken Hope said, the load times are incredible, I guess you really need to experience and see it first hand. I kind of knew what to expect, but when it is right infront of you it is just fantastic
really? I found all of them super easy and they get easier as the game goes on because some of the weapons are OP
I use the doom glove plus Mr Fungi, both level 5 throw out 5 doom glove bot units and 2 Mr fungi units and then you can stand still without needing to shoot and watch them absolutely destroy the boss
i was just doing the nefarious boss and he has 4 phases of 25% health each and it took 5-10 seconds to get him to switch phases while I'm running around doing nothing, If I decide to shoot him it takes 5 seconds - so 20 seconds in total from 100% health to 0% health (if I'm going to shoot the boss I use the level 5 rocket launcher)
Ah I didn't pick either weapon to be honest but Mr Fungi is amazing. Will look into the doom glove some more.
