Which charts are you looking at? The 3090Ti in the first 3 games , matches or is slower than a 6950XT

I hope it comes to a game I play soon.Yup 2.1 looks to be on par, not quite 100% matching dlss but outside of the side by side comparisons, you'll be hard pressed to notice the difference, there is much less ghosting and it's sharper/clearer looking without looking overdone like the previous versions. DF will no doubt have a video at some point on it.

3750mhz is the max clock limit set in the GPU vbios yes, so not possible to get any card above 3750mhz unless amd release new vbios in the future - maybe 4ghz bios is reserved for a future 7950xt
