It was a random quote, who cares best to ignore than carry that tit-for-tat on.
It only took DLLS 3 attempts to get it right

Odd who you choose to respond to on this
On a side note: I heard DLSS 3.0 is gonna be better than real life.
Can't wait for my 16k VR headset powered by dlss 3.0
Because when he plays BF5 he realizes that 2080ti has DLSS grayed out by default. How do you know you're not already?

I don't see the point of the comparison,as there is a fundamental problem here. They are comparing a console which has the power of an RX470,with a PC having something on the level of an RTX2080TI. They even mention it themselves, that the PC is unfairly advantaged, and apparently the game does not used any of the dedicated upscaling hardware on the PS4 PRO,but runs in software mode. So that means the internal resolution of the PS4 image is probably much lower quality anyway.
You didn't watch the video did you, the PS4 PRO is using a much higher internal resolution than DLSS in Death Stranding.
Death Stranding on the PS4 PRO uses an internal resolution of 1900p and yet gets spanked by DLSS 2.0 performance using 1080p LMAO
You didn't look at the difference in hardware specs did you? So is texture quality, and all other aspects of the image equalised? So what quality settings was the internal image rendered at?? How many internal AA passes were done before upscaling, etc?? Even DF said the PC has an unfair hardware advantage.
It's hilarious that PC enthusiasts are finding it a massive deal that a console with an RX470 class GPU,is beaten by a GPU which costs more than the console, with an Atom class CPU. A console which is 4 years old.
LMAO.
The hardware spec difference only really accounts for framerate - which this video did not look at.
What they are comparing is how DLSS reconstruction using AI compared to AMD's reconstruction.
And clearly Nvidia wins easy with just half the pixels. So your only argument is that if the PS4 PRO has a 5700xt it could use 4 million pixels to try and catch up with image quality and then still get spanked in frame rate.

Maybe they can compare it to the PS3 then,I assume it will look 1000x better.
Amazing, where was this video 2 years ago? It could have solved the debate sooner.
Yes that debate, oh wait v1 sucked.. but lets gloss over that bit and go straight to 3 lol
