yeah, with browns I would guess nothing would go wrong. With reds people say they can't rest their hands on the keyboard as the force to push is so little.

Really not a good way to recommend switches. The best way is to actually go and try some.
I was set on getting reds but had to try the others and they were pretty different to what i was imagining.

those people are wrong.
Unless your hands weigh a heck of a lot and you have no muscle control. The actuation pressure isn't that little haha
I cant quite easily rest my hands on the keyboard without registering presses.
This actually happens to me! Hated it when I first got it but kinda got used to it now. Love the sound the reds make, too!
I've also found that the activation pressure, on the browns at least, relies on the angle and location of attack, so if you are typing fast then some keys can resist a bit more which is off-putting. Not sure whether this is just my keyboard, the model, the switch, or all mech keyboards.
Just you or the keyboard!![]()
Damn. Regretting my purchase of the YOTS red :S
Hopefully itll be like what I expected. I bottom out on membranes so I dont seem myself NOT bottoming out with reds. Anyway, that bottoming out sound on mechanicals is phenomenal.
Will update in 2 to 3 days on the verdict for me!
