Cdkeys have a deal for today I believe - special edition is £42. On mobile so can't get the link.

Thats exactly what I'm hoping for, in fact if it was GTAV but with horses I would be exceptionally disappointed
 
Just got the ultimate edition for £60 at CD**** have to wait until 5th to get the key thou. just have to leave Pc on over night to download 150gb.

Do we have a date when they will give out the keys as it says around the release date of 5th Nov , was hoping I could reinstall the day before . I'm guessing they are getting them from the cheapest country selling the game & then selling them on.
 
People can moan about the price but I bet its the most played game on Steam when it goes on sale in Dec ! Rockstar will making a mint on this game releasing it on PC.
 
I loved RDR1 and think 2 is better, gelled with it from the get-go. I guess it's just my type of experience as a fan of western stuff and immersive games. Turning it into GTA with horses would be the worst thing they could've done.

When I played it on the PS4 Pro it felt almost next gen in many regards.

It's different than 1. Slower and more deliberate, has a lot more dialogue, expands on many elements like hunting, interactions, stuff to do and the world is more varied. In fact it's the best looking and designed map I've seen in many years with AC Origins taking second place. Also, Arthur is a better protagonist than John.

I'm sure this game will be divisive as hell on PC but it absolutely deserves the scores, it's quite the achievement in many regards. If it runs decently on a 1070, I'll double-dip.
 
Ordered special edition cd keys. Probably the most I've paid for a PC game but looking forward to this very much so. Winter gaming sorted
 
I had an absolute nightmare this week with my 2080ti and am more gutted to not be playing this upon release than i am about the card to be honest....

Long story short - 2080ti in sig, voided warranty fitting a Phanateks water block, 2080ti decided to play space invaders and die.....THE END!!

Yeah I spoke to CDKeys yesterday about another matter to my order, (ordered it not logged into my account) However they said the key will be delivered one day before release so I guess that will be the 4th. That should allow the pre-load

It could easily be repaired to the right person. Sell on eBay or send it away to be repaired.

Even 2nd hand faulty should see you get a decent amount depending on overall condition of the card.

Go EVGA in the future from now on when watercooling, then there is no worry. Or get a card with a preinstalled block from the likes of ocuk.
