Red Dead Redemption 2

Graphics mate, no idea what half this stuff means my last gpu was 2080 and didnt have a lot of these settings

I copied Matts settings using 7800X3D and 7900xtx and i cap the fps at 144 and it runs lovely.

1st time player looking for a little bit of advice.

I have a horse which I would like to keep. However, I would like to take the horse of someone who I've just killed so I can sell it. Do I ...

a. Leave my horse where we are and ride the dead mans horse and sell it, then walk all the way back to my horse
b. Somehow ride my horse and bring the other with me?

Or is there another way which I don't yet know?

Loving the game so far.

If you get to level 1 horse bonding you can ride the second horse and long whistle for your horse to follow you.

Think you need level 2 being with your own horse.

I must be level 2. Sat on the dead mans horse and gone close to my horse which reveals an option to "Follow me"

Fantastic! what a game this is.

Currently replaying this on pc (originally had it on ps4) this is a LOT more replayable than Cyberpunk - I loved CP but the 2nd time round despite choosing a different story ark it just didn't grab me so couldn't be bothered after around 12-18 hours iirc...

Can I ask though, why do you lot want to play a SP game at anything above 60-100fps? I don't see what the point is? It's not like MP where you'll have an advantage? Just seems like a waste, I just play everything SP capped at 60fps ultra settings even on a 165hz monitor which I just set to 60hz in the display settings then change to 165hz when I play csgo.

Oh that is easy. Less than 60fps feels like moving through treacle, and once you are used to higher frame rates it is noticeable to some people.

Sorry I think you got me confused. TLDR I mean 60fps locked is spot on, I get that. But anything above for non MP I just don't see the benefit as a locked 60 is silky smooth?

I genuinely think it's a placebo in SP anyone could tell the difference from 60-120hz...
As it's not like the games going to physically speed up if you get my mindset? If it's not lagging out and movement/animations etc etc all are running smooth/as intended/realistic with 60fps then what can anything above it really offer? See my point?
