Who has it working ok on X570 boards?
What bios are you running. I’m trying to find out if it really is a bios issue.Me, no issues. Runs without a hitch and after a few hours, no crashes. I have no third-party AV (just Windows Defender), running Vulcan and Win10.
Vega 56 (overclocked) is running ultra/high at 3440x1440... looks very, very impressive.
It seems I'm pretty lucky!
They don't use the built in windows defender? Mine crashed on the gun intro, I disabled that and it ran. I then turned it back on and it has been fine ever since. Really weird.

No they don't use any AV just like I don't, never had and never would.
So how do you know you haven't got a virus or malware?
Ran fine for me with Nod32 running
Because I know what I am doing with computers and I don't download anything stupidly. Gone are the days that a person needs an AV unless they are downloading random crap from torrent sites or other dodgy sites. My mates are all IT Techs, none of them would use an AV ever, we all work together. Common sense is enough, I only download games from proper places mate, nothing else. The game works for me like I said, just trying to fix it for them.
All working great here.
@UHD with some things on Ultra and shadows on medium I got 80 fps in the benchmark.
I'm still playing about with the settings. But it's not using my Titan X pascal much and HDR does not work.
Think Ill change PhysX to use GPU from auto.
Well your IT mates can't get a game running
I bet they are first line people.
I'm kinda baffled why people are still using 3rd party Antivirus software when Windows 10 has everything you need and more when it comes to security ! from my experience all these 3rd party apps do is mess up and slow down your PC.
Just use Windows 10s built in defender and run a scan every now and then. Been doing this since release and its brilliant.
Have you updated yours yet?You just need the X570AOUL.10a file on a USB drive, and then go in to the BIOS and use the 'Q flash' utility and point it towards that file name
