Red Dead Redemption Thread

done all but 1 of the DLC missions now, that stupid ammunition one where the town is been hit by cannon fire everyone seems to die and not understand to get out of the town. Ah well will probs try it again later
 
Can someone help me identify the last Bounty mission that I am missing?

If you login to the social club you can see what things you have left to do (or have done) by clicking the "100%" link at the top:

If you have completed all the Bounties, or the one I am missing, can you hover over it and see what the name of it is, that way I can figure out which map section to activate it from.

Hmmm, I left Blackwater as I got given one (Nekoti Rock) which I had already completed.

Maybe I have done them all and the website is not updating? Is there anywhere in the menu I can see if I have completed all 20?

Edit: reloaded my last game save and now I have been given Aurora Basin, from Blackwater, which I am certain I have not done, cheers!

I ended up having to do one of the bounty missions twice because one of the marks decided to kill himself before I caught him :(

Looking forward to a go on the new DLC at some point, if only I hadn't left my college work until the night before!
 
Done the 100%, took 35 hours in total. Might have a look at the multiplayer now, although I suspect everyone will be running around with high level guns and stuff whilst I am starting from 0.

Anyone else having trouble with the new DLC?

Every game I join, it does nothing but show a loading screen once the game has kicked off. I was even chatting with some people during the wait and they were still loading too. It was only after they all quit to the dashboard that a message came up saying "Other Players All Left, Game Ending" at which point it loaded up with the end of mission screen displaying that nobody had done anything and it was moving on to the next level.

Seems like it's broken to me.
 
Yep, me and steela had the same problem after 7pm, when it was just us 2 we were able to play a co-op but when anyone else joined it seemed to thru us into the loading screen, even had 1 bug out and thru the whole misson only 9 enemies spawned, so was very boring and didnt even get a medal.

I also noticed a bug in the hardcore free roam, when i entered it the 1st time i went to do a gang hideout, there was no npcs. no wildlife on my way to thehideout and i couldnt summon my horse, as soon as i got into range of twin rocks it completed the hideout in 3 seconds, giving 400 xp.
 
is anyone else finding the new co-op level "the river" a touch glitchy, i've spawned in the water of suddenly dropped into the water a few times in it now.

also does anyone know the requirements to gold medal each standard and advanced co-op missions, got all the standards bar "the river" but havn't touched advanced yet
 
Think u need $4500 for gold on normal and over $8000 for advanced, seems the river is buggy rarely loads, and advanced mode is very buggy did waltons gang and after getting teh gold out it completed even though there was 2/3 waves of enemies comming at us.

Yup, thats what happened to me. I waited till I had finished the SP and got the 100% before jumping into MP. The high level players just go around on their bulls and snipe you using dead eye. Its really annoying.

Just go private and grind the hell out of gang hide outs to level up. I must have played solomons folly atleast 500 times to get to level 50. My best time was something like 70 seconds and earning over 2k xp with a 30 kill chain bonus.
