Not got a lasso, No need when you just bag & tag.

Ooooo i was wrong, Sorry, I don't shoot horses, I just like seeing them roaming around & stuff it sort of adds to the landscape, Everything else Dies though.

Lol I don't kill the horses either, but I also don't kill the armadilos and skunks. They just make me snigger when I hear them.
 
Killing and skinning animals, plus bounty hunting gets good money, i have just under $4000 in the bank and Ive spent loads on a golden horse and new pistol, rifle, better camp and maps etc... not to mention paying off a few bounties on my own head LOL

There appears to be a few maps at the shop that are unavailable, even though Ive been through all areas.... my stats show 45/45? not sure what I need to do, Ive done the main missions and stranger and treasure missions, only name left on my map is the W, just got the Machine gun so thats my next mission....

As for killing horses, I have shot a few and skinned them :P
I even shot my own horse by accident when i used the auto aim to kill a wolf that was too close :(

Not found anything better than hunting - poker takes too long as the buy in is $25 so even with a full table you are only likely to make $125 profit if you clean them all out.

Hunting on the other hand pays well if you catch the right animals - my preferred choice is wolves and bucks - normally get nearly $20 a pop if I get all three cuts (Wolf Fur/Heart/Meat and Buck Skin/Antlers/Meat) - plenty of those animals about too, usually in packs...

Played this from 2PM on Saturday to Monday Morning 2AM. STRAIGHT.

I'm just doing the Free Roam getting my level up. Currently on 13.

This game is just fantastic and has had me gripped with all the awesome challenges.

Hardest one so far is trying to shoot off the hats from 2 people within 5 seconds!!!

And killing 5 bears, one with Mele knife! Blimming hard because cougars just come and kill you! Also the Fox challenge is hard.

Love this game! Although i need more mounts to unlock, need a faster one.

Is there an OcUK posse? If so, add my PSN - SiTrauma

Get a posse. I have played a lot less than that and am at level 21.
 
I'm going to have to take a different look at this game when I go on next, Honestly I've done None of the above, Level :confused: What level :p
I just wander about on me Hoss & then get distracted lose a few hours then come out the game saticfied. :p

Anyone good at the horse shoe game, its bugging the hell out of me, so much so i shot the guy i played and lost to out of frustration, i just dont get it (wel i understand the aim of the game)!!! Any tips would be helpfull. Like my aim is WAY off so if i throw it, it goes wide (right) i move a little left then thrown again and its well left???? plus the range is stupid. is the meter on the left with the 3 notches where i should be releasing as most of the time it dosent even get on the sand box thing.

Hold LT to aim. The direction you face for each shot is randomised each time, so you need to reaim with LT after every throw.
 
Picked up mine in town just now, got given a free code thing for some outfit (nice), but I only got twenty quid for Alan Wake, hey ho, every cloud and all that :D
 
I haven't even began to do Single Player. Just been doing Private Match online with my mate levelling up.

There are a lot of glitches i found though.
 
I don't get the horseshow game either, I understand the power bit but the aim seems random. I'll aim for the same position for two shots and one will go left and one will go right of the sandbox :confused:

Guessing that's down to power as well and the natural curve when you swing your arm, hence the power gauge being curved.
