I'll hopefully be on from 6/7ish onwards,

There are usually a few of us on then and usually grows in numbers around 8/9 pm
 
Tried all morning to solve the speed hacking issues, the devs in the forums say that it's due to unstable wireless connections and that the error is at the customer end.

I've moved my Pc downstairs, updated my router, gotten rid of all firewalls and anti-virus software, plus used a wired connection and still I get the same issues.

Was just banned from the OcUk server again a few moments ago. There are more and more threads appearing in the TW forums saying the same things and giving the advice that it's down to their wireless connection. They won't acknowledge that the problem is at their end.

Looks like some people are in for a long wait until the game becomes playable.
 
Might sound like a stupid question but what is the button to use a mounted gun?

I'm on the training and can't seem to find the right button to use the MG lol, im sure it was RMB when the icon appears but nothing seems to work confused:

Right Mouse Button?


If you want to use one of the MG's already on a mount placed around the map I think the default use key is LEFT CTRL.


Go into the settings and configure your keys how you would prefer them as the defaults are abit poop!

Cheers, speaking to one of the guys in the TW forums he's said..

There isn't a whole lot we can do to alleviate the false detections due to unstable connections (even a bad wired connection can get you sacked for speedhacking). All we can do is loosen the detection (which can lead to people actually exploiting it more).

The other thing is for server admins to reduce the penalty OR increase the number of detections it takes before it kicks/bans you.

If they can't fix then what's the point of even trying to play anymore, I might as well try my luck getting a refund from Steam.
 
Do you have to pay to get a slot on the OCUK server? I mean as in 'us'? (sort of like the BF3 one, but without the admin rights)

Who's your ISP? They might have not added a packet shaping profile for RO2 yet and so your getting laggy/dropped packets that it thinks are speedhack attempts.

Might be worth dropping them a ticket to see.
 
Having an go on the ocuk servers atm this game is though atm! but its great fun.
I think I have only killed about 10 people in the last hour lol
 
My last post in here, cheapest place to get it - cant find it under 25 anywhere, thats grinding at me tbh considering the deluxe was 21 or so last week :(
