Last weekend i visited Motor World and bought a sub and amp package.
Got it home and though to myself "do i really need this" and decided no, so left it in the boot of my car and took it back the next day.
I walked into the shop and the youth behind the counter said he could give me a refund, so he got his supervisor. The guy said i wasn't entitled to a refund, only a Credit Note, as the sub and amp had nothing wrong with it.
I expalined it had not been removed form the box, and only purchased yesterday (as an unwanted gift for brother is what they were told.)
So, after taking my credit note i wasn't happy at all, the guy was rather rude so i phoned MW Head Office and kicked off some more.
I've got the Area Manager giving me a call, but i thought i'd put this in motors as its a Motor-related purchase.
What are my chances of getting my credit note changed back into a full refund?
