When you click "view all achievements" on RE7 on steam does it load the page correctly with the game achievements or does it just load your steam profile page?
Yep. Same here.
The game does not even show on my profile page actually. So something wrong there.

Quiet liking this so far, playing at 1440p with 1.2 multi in settings everything maxed and getting 80+ fps on my overclocked Fury X.

there should be an old skool mode that when you die you have to go back to a tape recorder save and you can only save at tape recoders when you get tapes!

You have to play it dude. I personally rate it quite highly, it is a classic resi game and for me there is little between RE3 and CV, in the past I may have even rated CV higher than RE3.
I originally had it on the Dreamcast, but these days play it on the PC. I would say get it for whichever you can get the game cheapest one really, won't be much difference I do not think.
I am actually hoping for a proper remake of it and RE3 after they are done with remaking RE2

You are in for a treat then, I absolutely love cv. Not sure what platform is best but I had it on dreamcast.
Its up there with 1 and 2 for me as best resi.
21:9 isn't the be all and end all, stop banging on about it
I went from 21:9 to 4k 16:9 best move ive made. If you buy a monitor with a hardly used res surly you expect to run into a few problems.
Getting between 40-50 with everything maxed on 1070 at 4k so its either tweaking options or locked 30 (which I think is fine for this game)

Or they just concentrated on getting the product finished and performing well, which by all accounts it is.

Wow surprised, Amazon Physical version turned up and I was led to believe it was just a code in the box! Nope lol 3 dvds and then a code to complete the install and register to steam son or sure how that works! Haven't bought physical in ages! Good timing too! Was £24 yesterday and today shot up to £34.99

Reflections on Variable sorted that for me (on the demo).
Just tried the BT.709 Colour Space option, and it looks better to me than the sRGB, the BT.709 seems to darken it and add a bit more colour, making it look less plain, greyish.

This tells me your monitor isn't calibrated correctly
The top one is just crushing blacks, you loosing a lot of detail in the shadows.
