RIP Totality

Oh my god I cant believe it :(

I was friends with Doug also, met through motorbike meets organised here.
He had been quieter ever since moving to NZ but still chatted every so often on FB, and to think I used to rib him for riding a kawasaki....

RIP Doug you were a good guy and you will be missed. :(

I remember him coming back from that meet to my flat (we live together for over a year)and he told about loads of the people he had met up with I was gutted I didn't come but was busy. We never met fireskull but he did speak about you with much interest about your bike and I think you helped him or he helped you with something related to bikes could be remembering that.

We both lost a friend :(

I remember the user name Totality as I'm into eclipses and spotted him on the boards here. RIP :( It's very true Dugganator that people can hide it really well. We currently got a staff member off for depression since January, and yet she was such a laugh when in the office. None of us would have predicted this.

Yep I was trying to help with problems he had on his kwaka, and I remember him checking up on me after I had my accident, just a genuine nice guy.

This is how I will remember him, he always had a big smile after we have been out for a ride.

If I didnt understand something he taught me, if I had a problem he would help me, if I needed a night out he came with me, if I buggered something up he would cover for me. The list goes on.

Doug was one of those guys you meet once and you knew he was genuine and helpful guy. I was lucky enough to know him for over ten years and he helped me so much and we had so many good times and adventures together. Still so sad he is gone!
