1) Grip tape needs changing for black and white
2) Pedals need changing for black and white (Look Max 2 Carbons should cover it)
3) Stem needs to come about 2cm down the steerer and the excess needs taking off but I'll do that once I've finished the fit process

Saddle needs to be horizontal too :p

Looks nice, any ideas on built up weight?

I only noticed the saddle once I'd taken the picture!

I think it's pretty much 6.8kg but I need swap out the crappy Bontrager stem that's on there for an FSA OS 99 that I just bought on eBay and that should just push me below.

Unfortunately I don't have any bike scales.

Very nice fella - very understated - love it! ;)

As promised, here is the new addition to my family! :)

2011 Cannondale Supersix Ultegra

Standard Build:

Mavic Askium wheels & Schwalbe Lugano tyres
Ultegra 6700 GS
FSA SL-K Light Chainset
Fizik Arione Saddle
Speedplay Zero Pedals

Future Plans:

Bike fit booked with the 'The Bike Whisperer' in Ealing at the start of May.

Stem, seat post and bars will all be getting changed for FSA SL-K Light parts. Tyres will be getting changed to either Continental GP4000S or Schwalbe Ultremo. I'll change the wheels as soon as I can afford to - not sure what for yet though.

I went out on it last night for a quick hour. First impressions are that it's stiffer than a stiff thing on a stiff day, handling is super sharp and zero wasted energy on climbs. The wheels do not do the frame justice, and neither do I ;)

Apologies for the poor quality images - they are from my mobile.[/QUOTE]

Nice bike mate! Get some mavic ksyrium elites or dura ace 7850 C24s on that!

Ok, full build details:

Scott Cr1 Pro Frame - Size 54
Sram Force Groupset (compact)
Truvative Ceramic BB86 Adapter
FSA Omega Compact bars
Thomson Masterpiece Post (31.8mm)
Fizik Antares Carbon saddle
£9 Bontrager stem (to be replaced)
Fulcrum Racing 1 Two-Way Fit wheelset
Hutchinson Atom tubeless tyres
Fizik bar tape
Gore Ride-on Professional cabling
Look Keo Sprint pedals

Rides like a dream.

Changes to make:

I've got a 100m and a 110mm FSA OS 99 Stem coming so I can find the best fit, I'm after some Keo Max 2 Carbons from eBay and I've already got some black and grey Fizik bar tape.

I set it up and got it feeling comfortable and it feels lovely to ride so I'm happy with the frame size. I think I need to get a shorter stem, but we'll see. Time to book in for a bike fitting.

That's the same stem and saddle on my Winter Trainer! ;)

Despite being cheap, that saddle's actually not that bad; it would look the shizzle though if you put an Arione on there, the white with contrasting red stripe :)

Very nice bike! :)

I don't like white saddles, they get dirty and look tarnished really quickly. The saddle felt ok this morning, time will tell.

I'm getting seriously tempted to jump on this new bike bandwagon after seeing all of your lovely new carbon machines. I hope you're all pleased with yourselves for putting me under such undue inner turmoil ;)

Very nice indeed. Are those Pro Lite Braccianos?
Comos as Velo said. I'm looking to upgrade those wheels in due course for racing, but I've spent a bit too much recently so that'll have to wait. For commuting these are ideal as they're bulletproof by all accounts.

I'm leaving my Comos on my Ribble for now. When I upgrade the Askiums on my Supersix I may pop those on the Ribble, otherwise the Comos are, as you say, bullet proof.
