Have your parents call them and have it added as a named item. It'll increase the premium by around £5 per month for a £2.5K bike.

I'm surprised they don't split the group 30-50 riders is abit big/dangerous for the UK's roads unless it's on closed roads or rolling roadblock.

There was a road race on today, so most of them went to that. The group was smaller, but a very good education for me. We did chain gang for a bit which I've never done, and 65 miles during the ride. I managed to stay with them on the flat, but got dropped on the climbs - I suck at climbing

Oh, and one of the lads took a sideways slip on a hair pin corner in the wet. Carbon does not sound good bouncing down the road

I've got Shimano TR31s. The do the job, but they are the only pair of tri specific cycling shoes I've used, so I don't have anything to compare them to.

They look ok, not keen on white though. There seems to be a real lack of Tri shoes about at the moment.

What are Shimano like for sizing? Had to go 2 sizes up for my Sidi's.

This week has been hell so far. Riding into a headwind on the way to work and the virus has knocked all the strength out of my legs. Really struggling and I think it's going to be a few weeks before I'm anywhere near my previous level of fitness. Sadly, it's only Tuesday

Have booked myself in for sports massage at the place under my office tomorrow. It's gonna hurt.

I wear a size 10 shoe most of the time and needed an 11 (46) for my Shimanos.

My Shimanos are a 42 (8) and I usually wear 7s in normal formal shoes.

I use a Cateye Strada Wireless which has been perfect and looks very good. You can get it for under £40 now.
