Judging by that picture, I'm probably 35%
It always amazes me when I hear people like Jonny69 and [DOD]Asprilla talk about how much they eat. I usually eat between 2000 and 2500 calories a day, with the occasional day at as much as 3500. I struggle to keep my weight below 80kg, despite running, cycling and going to the gym. My weight has started to creep up since I stopped running a couple of weeks ago, so I'm going to have to get back on it in order to halt that trend.
Edit: forgot to mention, I'm 175cm tall.

About 78kg at the moment. I did manage to get down to 75kg at one point, but I still looked really flabby. It's pretty frustrating, to be honest. Trying to burn fat doesn't seem to work, which is why I've been going to the gym; hoping that I can at least build some muscle, even if I can't get rid of the fat.wut? 175 and 35%? what do you weight?![]()

That shouldnt make a difference though, if we are only looking at height + weight stats then any water he is holding would be included in his weight.maybe he is retaining a lot of water?
Thats my thoughts as well.Platypus said:Saundie comes across as being too hard on himself.

My body composition is odd. Despite being "only" 78kg I have a 35" waist and a 40" chest.
Thinking about it I wonder how musclely the legs on those 35% people would be if they dropped to 8% lol it must be like walking around carrying an extra 40kg if not more
I'd put you closer to the 25%. When you told me how much you used to weigh, I'd never have believed it because that's a frankly amazing loss and you don't look like you used to carry that much. I think a bit of loose skin is to be expected but I don't think there's much fat under there.Judging by that picture, I'm probably 35%

Are you being a bit hard on yourself? Surely you can't be in the 35% range?
I am exactly the same weight as you and 9cm taller and i would estimate im somewhere between 15%-20% judging by that picture.
Saundie comes across as being too hard on himself.
Maybe I am interpreting the diagram differently than everybody else, or maybe it's all in my head. I have "moobs" and a sizeable overhanging of the midriff. Besides, I feel massiveThat shouldnt make a difference though, if we are only looking at height + weight stats then any water he is holding would be included in his weight.
I know everybody is different with different ratios of muscle:fat but i cant see how he can look like the 35% diagram when he is exactly the same height/weight as Grudas who is less than 15%?

It does seem to be more difficult to differentiate between the pictures as you go above 20%. They all have a similar look, just at different sizes which is difficult to tell from the pictures. The lower percentages are easier to work out be seeing which parts of abs/pecs are visible and matching up with the diagram.

You know, I never really thought about that. You'd think that losing 70kg would make you feel as though you were walking on air, but the difference is nowhere near that drastic.Thinking about it I wonder how musclely the legs on those 35% people would be if they dropped to 8% lol it must be like walking around carrying an extra 40kg if not more
Indeed it is. First morning of the year I've comfortably cycled in wearing short sleeves!
