clicked on turbo trainers, and there's one (and there's only one there) Kurt Kinetic trainer
says £140, and a pic of the cheap one, click on it brings up a list of them all, but scroll down and it says Rock n roll £300 LOTS in stock

there site isn't brilliant

makes sense to get the Rock n Roll one at that price, but ive been thinking about the space I have today, and I don't think I could use it

That's annoying, and yeah their site isn't the best.

I've got Rotor Q-Rings like that on my Scott.

Not sure if it gives any benefit outside of a placebo but it makes front end shifting sucky.

I know Wiggo switched back to regular rings this season because, his mechanic claims, they made no difference. I've never tried them so can't comment.

Q rings. They reduce the leverage during the dead spot, and are supposed to give a smoother stroke.

Well those were some disappointing strava results. Bah, not been out since my peak district century a week last sunday, guess my legs need waking up a bit! Really thought I'd got one or two KOM's.

erm WTF on my phone it still says I went 21 miles and shows all the route still
oh wow it must have uploaded wrong and enomondo is so **** I can't even refresh or reupload the ride.... hopefully theres an actual gpx file on my phone

delete a ride from the website and it deletes it from your phone to brilliant! piece of ****

whats the best garmin for like 300?

Because how will you know if you enjoyed the ride if you don't have strava?

810 but I genuinely don't think you need that .. Get 200 or 510 if you don't care too much about maps and so on and just want a simple yet good gps tracker.. Mind you garmins and so on crash too just not as often
