It's always a good night at Revolution meets in Manchester - think I've been to five or six now. Loads of race action for your money.

Fingers crossed that length of studding is long enough. But I blatantly know it won't be :D

Looks good but you want both nuts on the outside of your bars to be able to get a spanner to them both. I built a similar contraption a couple of years ago but with wooden sections and it works perfectly.

Specialized bikes.

Sectuer vs Allez

Tarmac vs Roubaix

Anyone got any first hand experience of ownership or riding?

I'm interested to hear thoughts / opinions.

Asked before and got told sufferfest was the way to go but how is best on a free way of training?

Is interval training the best way?

I do 30s top gear hard as I can, then 30s easy gear and pace x 10. 5 min easy then repeat. Try to do that a few times.

Looks like Tabata IE1 protocol. It's an excellent regime.

I had to look it up to know what that was! Lol

I just started doing that because Laura Trott told Guy Martin to do it on his program and to get used to my time trial bike. Didn't know if it was any good.
