[Damien] used to turn up for winter rides in shorts and short sleeves with fingerless gloves. I've no idea how he did it.
Rule 5?
grudas, don't you overheat in the summer as you don't feel the cold in the winter? Or do you not feel the heat either?!
??
Rather Tom really thanks

, ignore my username, I asked a mod to change it once on a thread, which was clearly a silly thing to do, as it came out as that!
Yeah I'm not sure how it calculates. Annoyingly the missing section was all tailwind so probably would have been well over 21mph anyway. The frustrating thing was my garmin seemed to be working the whole time I was riding, except for when I turned it on/off, but it must not have locked satelites or something.
My Power meter needs a new battery thats why I lost the power reading in the first place
Very annoying, I've noticed it with the 810 too - it doesn't say anything about losing the signal from a sensor, just the display suddenly stops reporting whatever it was!
Things like that bug me about Strava - it wouldn't be hard to see if you had ridden that route before and then to flag it up as missing but fill in the missing data with an 'estimate' (even taking an average from all of the times you've ridden it?). If not that then at the very least take an average from others with similar speeds as you on the same route and use some of that data.
Then again we are talking about Strava here, they've not even included ANT+ support into their app as it's not seen as important enough!

Stinks of a BTLE back-hander to me
Time for a new saddle as even an hour on my current one (Planet-X that came with the bike) starts to kill me.
Popped into the LBS the other day and they can do the Sella Italia ID Match (
PDF). Has anyone tried this? Good end result?
I' guessing they're Sella Italia resellers?!

Depends what you're after, but Charge spoon/scoop/Madison flux all get good ratings here...
Hoping to get back to the turbo again from tomorrow but expect i'll have lost some of what i'd gained previously. Just bad timing as i was just going to hit week 5 of a 6 week plan, so the hardest week, and then the whole thing ended up on hold. I'm just going to pick it up from week 5 again and see how it goes, but i suspect i might struggle a bit now.
It sucks when real life kinda gets in the way, you'll be back on track in no time mate - just make sure you shake that illness. Think of it as an extended recovery week and don't push yourself too hard when you can get back on the bike. Last thing you wanna do is make yourself ill again, or worse - pickup an injury!

Had a blast at fitting the Superstar Gopro/Garmin mount, I was right about fitting it to the existing bracket ok but then hit a slight 'oversight'... I'll need the gopro/garmin converter thingy as the lugs on the VIRB are slightly wider than the slot on the Gopro so it won't fit...
Pic before (standard Superstar garmin upfront with VIRB on Garmin mount):
Pic after with me holding the VIRB to give an idea of where it'll be mounted:
Can post a better pic tomorrow with the VIRB actually mounted for those that want it. I put my 810 and front lights on so you can get an idea of scale/how it looks, I don't leave them on my bike!
