anyone got the link to that guy who just up and did LEJOG?
You can upload GPX/TCX files to Strava, so as long as your device can export to those formats, you can upload your activities.
I have joined the group, my name is James Saunders. I don't bother to upload my daily commute of 8.5 miles; because there are too many traffic lights and junctions to make it a useful thing to keep track of.
Thats an awesome time for your first TT! Well done.
. I'm genuinely over the moon with my time. I did quite a lot of riding around (about a month or so) on the TT bars before throwing myself into it though. I do a lot of riding (just not at that speed) so had plenty of base fitness. It was a very flat course as well which helped! Would love to go sub 25 this season. That's basically my goal now.Impressive!
I'm just aiming to do a 20mph 10 mile average on my own. Done it couple of times on a 19mph average. If i can do that then i 'may' be able to average 25mph in a group apparently.....
Need a wrist watch with a stop watch so i can see my time and how i'm doing.
. Garmins are great if you can afford\justify one. If not you can get really cheap bike computers that will do time\distance\average speed etc. 20mph over 10 miles was tough for me until this TT. Traffic\junctions\lights obviously don't help!!
Also how did you get into that first TT Murf?
. I panicked at that point.
I was just looking on canyon.com, ive never really looked at them before and this caught my eye

Its got electronic shifts on it, and its only £1669, thats incredible considering that the Di2 group set is like a grand by its self!
