Has it already been despatched? You could try calling CRC and asking them to cancel the order.

It showed as shipped soon after I'd done it (before I checked Wiggle). They do Collect+ returns anyway (free?) so I may send it back after confirming what size I am...

What do you guys do about your wheels filling up with water after riding the rain?

Must come in from the nipples and the valve hole as once it's in it doesn't come out.

Never had it, you must be going too slow. Get faster! ;)

You're right - Berger always struck me as a very slow rider :p

Maybe he's spending too much time stationary at start lines and finishes in the rain? ;)

Route I have planned for Sunday: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/8604988

A cheeky climb in the middle, nothing CAT3/4 (like others around there I want to do) but I'm mostly going for the distance, I want to be confident I can do a 40-50 miler with a big-ish climb in as it opens loads of possibilities! :D

Mine was ordeded on the 9th May,
Original "build date" was 7th July.

So it took a little over 5 weeks for me :)

Ordered a black Xeon RS 4400 with Red 22 brakes and Front derailleur oh and 25"s

nice one - i'm hoping for sooner but still showing 5 weeks in the order screen for my CGF-4400

What did you change them to?

any of the schwalbe tyres with kevlar guard are good.

I'm using land cruisers on my CX not had a puncture in about 800 miles.

Used similar schwalbe tyres on my hybrid and never had a puncture in 1300 miles and 2 sets of tyres.

If I see any glass on the road/cycle paths I just ride straight through it :D

Good going! Brutal amount of climbing, how are the legs holding up?

EDIT: Congrats on 200 pages guys, Zefan will be pleased ;)

Fine :) Now up to ~26k feet of climbing and 274 miles this week. Been staying in the Lakes with some friends.

Should hopefully make me a bit quicker on the 'hills' near home.

I've been having some issues on my bike recently, suffering from pressure through my perineum (sorry!) and with ache in the muscles at the top of my hamstrings, below my bum (glutes?) when pushing really hard.

Going to do a home-setup of my bike this evening using an Android app, roadie bike fit 2.0.

Cleats, seat and handlebars, although of those, I think only the cleats, seat height and angle need adjustment.

Any tips advice on the fit?

Saddle might be a touch high but sounds like you might be engaging your glutes as a result of the forward rotated position that is putting pressure on your soft tissue. It could be tight hamstrings/hip area are limiting your ability to rotate around your pelvis properly.

Is this a recent development or a new bike?

New shoes, and new bibs.
I've always ridden planet-x bibs, got a pair of DHB asv which are supposedly extremely comfortable and found I was very sensitive to the saddle (charge scoop) all of a sudden.

is your saddle positioned with the nose pointed up? perfectly horizontal or pointing slightly down? is the saddle perfectly straight and inline with the top tube? is one of your legs shorter than the other and your seat is to high to the extent you are unknowingly leaning to one side or slightly offset from the saddle

first things I would probably look at but I'm no expert.
