Having lamb today, it's hard for me to choose between lamb and beef, but I think i'd have to go with some nice lamb as mine! mmmmmm

A very hard choice, but I'd say lamb too.

Reason: Lamb with mint sauce and all the trimmings is just.....Arggghhhhhhhhh

Lamb, but with yorkshires. I don't subscribe with yorkshires only go with beef and mint sauce goes only with lamb. Both are included in all roasts. Mint sauce on roast spuds heavenly.

Chicken is just muhh for roasts
Beef much rather a steak or cooked with other things
Pork is the next nicest roast after lamb
Duck much rather confite and have with cherry sauce
Turkey again muhh for roasts
Gammon for a roast really. That would be worst than chicken, keep that for chips or mash.

Love Lamb as well, but so many people tend to overcook it. Generally can't get enough of beef in other forms, but not too fussed about it a roast for some reason.

Lamb most of the time, but I had some gorgeous roast beef where I used to work which trumped all other roast meats I've eaten

Definitely duck for me! The fat makes awesome roast parsnips and potatoes.
