Roast: Your favourite meat?

Beef, lamb, duck, goose, venison, pork and gammon are all great and I really couldn't choose between them. My choice would change on a daily basis. However, I could always say this..... not chicken and not turkey.
 
Hmm, a difficult choice... The taste varies so much depending on the quality of the meat and the cooking that it's hard to be sure what the best meat is... But at a push I think I'd go for lamb.
 
Leg of cold mutton on the bone, like Friar Tuck was nomming on in The Adventures of Robin Hood. Give me back my mutton joint!
 
lamb shoulder with bone still in.
Slowly cooked with loads of rosemary and garlic at 150ish for 6-8 hours.
meat falls apart and tastes superb
 
It's so tough to choose between Beef and Lamb.
I'd probably take Lamb mostly, but if you get a great roast of beef, it can be wonderful.
 
Beef Rib Roast ..cooked last Xmas.. Heaven. Nothing Better IMO
