Roast: Your favourite meat?

What? No Gammon? Despite it being 'like' pork it's quite different.
I'd go for lamb out of them with mint sauce like said.

If you included gammon though. It would have to be slow roasted gammon Joint coated in an orange sauce.
 
With Yorkshire puddings you really cannot beat beef. The combination of beef, gravy, yorkshire pudding and a little horseradish sauce is amazing imo. Also find pork with apple sauce and crackling very tempting though :p
 
As good as rib of beef is, I don't think you can beat a really good loin of pork.
Obviously you'll want a good piece so it stays nice and juicy and it must be served with all the trimmings: big pieces of crackling, stuffing baked in the oven so the edges go all nice and crispy, and lashings of apple sauce.
Combine that with some crispy roast potatoes and a selection of veg and you've got yourselves a winner :)
