Show was really good it was fun and didnt drag on too much. The only problem for me was the bloke presenting it, the women was fine i think but the bloke is too old and boring, need someone that has excitement and shows it in spades which clearly he does not.

I wish razor did better tho, i wanted to see it slice something up like butter. Alas its gone this series now.

Nuts was a laugh, almost destroyer but kept going lol. I reckon that bulky square frame kept the weapon from doing any damage as it just couldnt get enough speed to get up a good high rpm. If they dropped the frame and put the chains on the main unit i reckon it would have done a lot better. Saying that tho the square thing did give them some defense now and then.

Didnt the old show had more than just direct combat tho, like courses and things? I mean i cant remember if they were any good but it does seem like something was missing.

They need Craig, he seemed massively excited by it all and some funny poetry moments in it.

Also with the pit being used so much you would think they would have the smoke explosion they had in the old series at least.

Agree I did like Craig Charles in it

It's silly fun for a Sunday evening and I loved it

Agreed entirely... bring back Craig Charles! At least he actually was excited, he made a fantastic presenter.

Dara just looked like he couldn't wait to get away from there for a pint - utterly awful.

Combat and robots are good, but I'm not entirely sure I can face watching more episodes with that depressing **** presenting.
 
Come back Craig Charles all is forgiven. Darien O' Brien just wanted his paycheck. Boring, no enthusiasm. "stuff just emitted from the robot" What ????!!!

Unfortunately we're stuck with him for rest of the series.

got most of it right apart from the presenter and the Battle Announcer who sounded like he had a sore throat.

Could hardly hear the word "Activate" due to the ecstatic audience.

Two kids and I loved it.
 
Also they had a scream siren raise up at the start of a match and a big announcer call "cease" at the end which added a lot to the atmosphere, none of that is here.
 
Like I said the Battle Announcer kept getting drowned out because the volume of the Audience was too high. Bit gutted actually as I missed out on getting audience tickets because we were on holiday.
