It was Cassius, it was flipped by Sir Killalot in a trial. My favourite moment is Chaos 2 flipping Firestorm out of the arena. Just awesome :cool:

Yeah, might be bullet proof arena but doubt they'd allow firearms on them. Imagine the uproar if little Billy (13) had an accident while strapping a shotgun to his deathbot.

Like you say, it ran its course, it got boring, and it was basically just a flipfest after that. Always loved Razor, that thing was absolutely brutal once it got a bite on!

There was 2 seasons where flippers did well, after that people figured them out and they stopped dominating.

To this day, whenever someone mentions the word Razer/Razor, in any context, be it shaving, the mouse brand, the illicit Ultima Online assistant program, I always think of Robot Wars first.

Surely the most pertinent question is who would be the suitable current totty to go alongside Craig Charles? Can't have Robot Wars without some student friendly "cerebral" totty.

Round are way, they still have wars live come round once or twice a year, always sold out. Infectious watching on a Friday night, glad to see it back, inspires the kids... never a bad thing.

Yes yes yes yes, been watching the re-runs on Challenge recently and was thinking the would still work today. It only died because Channel 5 killed it.
