Has anybody else received a separate code for the dlc from amazon?
I'm getting antsy, because the boxed game was delivered on Saturday, but there's been no separate email regarding the dlc

I got my DVD from Amazon in the Post on Saturday! Wish I could pre-load from disc, but as it'll only take 5 mins I'm happy 
Cannot wait! Gutted I couldn't get the day off work, will have to wait until roughly 8PM to play

I've been wondering this myself actually. I'm hoping that it will be tied to the steam key in the box and I'll find after installing that it's included. However if not I'm going to be pretty annoyed >_>
Spoke to a customer support person via chat, who confirmed that pre-order dlc codes are to be expected via email.
Did they say when?
According to the website it was supposed to be within 48hrs of receiving dispatch notice

I feel for the people who bought the Boxed version and it hasn't turned up but that is the risk you take.

On the hardware front, I've upgraded from my venerable Q6600 to an i4670k and kept my 6950 2GB - will see how I get on.
