Does Dalglish even have recent managerial experience or is he just a 'legend' and a 'good lad' that all the Scousers have coddled up to during their fireside armchair reminiscing?

He's the only Premiership winning manager they're gonna get :D

Roy Hodgson has been named 9th best coach in the world for 2010 by the International Federation of Football History & Statistics http://bit.ly/hTCRpy

.. If i were 10th or below, i would be seriously annoyed.
I mean, how did he end up ahead of Harry (and im no Harry fan by any means) ?

What about Martin O'Neill?

Seemed to make Villa into a reasonable side, with funds available he could get the club back into the Euro spots?

I don't like Martin O'Neill and have absolutely no idea how he is so successful as a manager. But his record is good and I think he would do well at Liverpool.

From what i've seen of MON he certainly won't win any awards for attractive football. But he gets the job done and seems to know how to get the most out of his players. Villa were always a hard side to break down.

I wouldn't want him at Man U as I don't think he's good enough to win the league, but he's certainly good enough to get Liverpool playing well, which should see them into the European spots.

Martin O'Neill doesn't understand it's a squad game.

I'm not his biggest fan. Personally rate Woy higher then him but that's just me.

But I don't think I can take any more of these **** poor performances. When was the last time Gerrard hoofed a penalty?

Please get rid of him while the transfer window is still open :(

"A lot of the negativity has been somewhat unfounded and I said very early in the season, probably after seven games when we were in the bottom three, that if we can get to 19 games and find ourselves in the top half of the table that would be the best we could hope for."

Roy after the game.

So it's Hodgeson's fault that Gerrard didn't score the pen?
