its next day by 1pm they are terrible and good luck trying to get any compensation out of them.
just hope you get your parcel.
 
oh i wont get nowt, i know what they like, and the lie so dont have to refund the sender by saying no one home, think Royal Mail has had its day

To my mind they should no longer be able to advertise it as a "Guaranteed next day" service and get away with an asterisk which says it might be 2 days.
