she's hardly going to come out and say 'ach catch yourselves on, it was a just wile bit of craic'...........she'd be hung drawn and quartered by the media/social media. daily mail headline of 'LK condones rapist behaviour'.....there'd be so much frothing the UK would look like it was in the middle of a rabies epidemic.

I'm sure some are doing some good work. Its hard not to have doubts about the integrity when you have a supposed legendary investigative journalist in John Sweeney who was outed as potentially racist, homophobic and untrustworthy, then subsequently sacked by the BBC.

The Media/Entertainment industry has always been an vile, exploitative place and the more time a person spends in it the less clean they are because a moral, reasonable person would have quit very early on. They're all at it and playing defence for one of them may as well be playing defence for the whole lot of them.

Him and the likes of Noel Fielding were "rock stars" of comedy with groupies and the like 20 years ago. Never understood it, but women loved him, I guess it's the whole bad guy thing, plus "funny".

I get that, but it makes you wonder more broadly about how selective some women are. If he was a random guy and not famous - same image and attitude - would he still have got so lucky?

A week ago people weren't looking back at old footage saying "looking back on it now, I'd have said something". The reality is changing before our eyes, until the truth is confirmed one way or another. Would LK be saying that if it transpires these events in question are found to be completely lawful encounters? It doesn't change anything that he was a creepy pest back then (who knows what he's like now), so why judge it differently at this point, unless the way you see this reality has changed?

and that's what she said, she wasn't bothered, she laughed, it was entertainment and it was encouraged but nowadays she might have said something because you know, we should have moved on from that.
She was judging what he did back then and let's face it, it's all about historical cases at this moment.
The only thing that bothered her was making people know she wasn't wearing suspenders for some reason.
You're making more of it than it is because I saw it has defending him.
