Russell Brand.

Not really sure what to think after watching that. At the very least, he appears to be a controlling wrongun who has a very warped view on sex. However, apart from the rape claim in the US, I don’t think any of it could be pursued in a criminal sense.

Trial by media as has become the norm. Anyone can say anything these days and they’ll get a good payout.

This is what I find disturbing. A 90 minute documentary full of unproven accusations by anonymous individuals.

Is he guilty of these crimes? It's hard to doubt given the number of accusers and his reputation? However, I can't help but feel there's something very wrong with this "investigation".

Yeah, some of it was a bit of a stretch (comparing his comedy to the allegations) as he obviously found his fame from being as shocking as possible.

The other allegations are certainly morally dubious at the least but not sure if they would count as criminal.

No surprise considering he has/had an addiction to porn according to wiki.

…and enabled by his leftie employers if the programme is anything to go by ..

A culture war paradox.

Not an easy watch but not exactly damning for Brand himself, some of those higher ups and producers have a lot to answer for though. Other than the alleged incident where there were people outside the house while an assault happened, and could have potentially overheard it, its hard to see how many of these can be proven unless there's more communication between Brand and the accusers that wasn't shown.

That Saville interview and the BBC radio incident, I dont know how stuff like that gets put out with little repercussions for those involved.
