TBH,if AMD could get those kind of clockspeeds,that would be a good improvement in only one year!! OFC,only a few more weeks to see how things pan out OFC!!

Rather than them being fake, it might just be that they are preliminary slides that aren't complete yet (using the previous slides as a template). We'll see I guess. Surprised in all the mistakes no-one has pointed out the typo "All Ryzen Desktop 2000 Processor are unlocked", especially since it appears underneath two lines without the typo!

If these are not fake then the presentation will be really interesting to see if they actually mention a 2800x or not. If they don't then we could be looking at a bit of egg on face as the bit I think is really interesting about the Adored TV video is the bit about the R480 and never releasing a 490 product.
Still the precision boost up to 4.35 looks like a reasonable step. it will be really interesting to see the reviews on these.

After thinking about it a bit more, and making the assumption that they are legit... which... well not sure but
Those boost figures are likely without xfr, which would make things very interesting once the stock amd cooler is sent of to retirement and the chip goes under water - another 150mhz would see intel now rather iffy single core lead vanish.

The Ryzen 1xxx chips pretty much did the boost clocks (although not the 4.1 XFR clock) on all cores once the voltage was upped.

If the 2700X can do 4.35Ghz on all cores then that is an increase just about inline with what was expected. If it can push towards 4.5Ghz then that will really be quite good.
The 95W -> 105W TDP increase is a little disappointing, but then again the 1800X trounced the 8700K when it came to real world TDP.
In terms of gaming though it looks like AMD have admitted defeat for now. No proper answer to the i5-8400 or the i7-8700K. Competitive against the i5-8500 through to i7-8700 though.

Regarding gaming, Ryzen may not insure the highest framerates, but insures very good 99th percentile and responsiveness numbers.
When Intel CPUs micro-stutter, Ryzen is smooth like honey and butter.

I think it's safe to assume that anything before the official release is going to be peoples speculation. Fake news is exactly that, maybe 1 or 2 parts could be correct like clock speeds or core counts.
The "lack" of a 2800X in those could weigh up however I would argue that if AMD were to launch "only" a 2700 range that they could be holding back a processor with a couple more cores as a 2800X as a bridge between Zen+ and TR.

Yeah it could be that they want to drop the 2800x as a 10 core (if even possible), the 2920 as a 12 and 2950 as the 16 core threadrippers. This would seperate out the 29xx for the higher quality platform while leaving a 2 core upgrade over the 1 gen AM4 chips.
Or they might just be binning it altogether as there is no need for 2 sets of 8 core chips
