Don't you need to close CPU-Z when running cinebench? I thought CPU-Z caused issues with cinebench?

To answer your question; no actually, where is your 3950 score? The 3950 is Ivy Bridge, the only Ivy Bridge score i posted was here.
Ivy Bridge ST @ 3.8Ghz = 137
Ryzen ST @ 4.1Ghz = 167 (+22%)
So what are you talking about?

Last one i promise, i couldn't get the run to complete at 4Ghz. So 3.975Ghz is the last one.

Right, well maybe i'm getting too old, i can't mean what it used to, the only other thing we have to compare is Intel.
The Single threaded IPC on Ryzen sits somewhere between Haswell/Devils Canyon and Skylake/Kabylake/Coffeelake ( / because they are the same)
The Multithreaded IPC is 99% that of Coffeelake, or in real money exactly the same.
Back in my day if Coffeelake is the best yard stick one would not call Ryzen "Pathetic" in MT its the same as that (The best yard stick)

seen good HW-E doing 4.7-4.8 stable. Lost lottery on mine sadly would not do 4.5 n mattewr what volts nor it could 125bclk for faster memory than 2666 :/

Hoping not serious. I've seen my Ryzen 1800X at stock "destroying" my 5960X overclocked. And when I say "destroying" I mean really stomping into the dust like a boss AKA about the same performance for 25% the price.
