Wowsers!I always begin with leaving secondary and tertiary timings as Auto and focus on primary's (tCAS, tRCD, tRP, tRAS etc and CR) and with Ryzen, the drive strengths, ProcODT and maybe Geardown.
I'd start with:
SOC: 1.1v
cLDO_VDDP: 0.985v
cLDO_VDDG: 1v
ProcODT: 34.3
DRAM: 1.4v
Timings: 18,18,18,40,58,2T
Increase voltage if needs be, up to 1.45v providing the RAM is adequately cooled as it can actually cause stability issues being even a tad warm (somewhere around 45c I think). If you can get it stable loose then start tightening manually and/or via the DRAM Calculator as a guide not a bible. If you can't then there's something else causing an issue, either memory hole, limitation of the RAM, drive strengths, voltages. Also worth reading over THIS, THIS and also THIS.
Memory tuning is not the same PC to PC, especially when get a nasty memory hole right near the limitations of the FCLK.

Correct, not really advised for removing stuff from CPU's due to the other chemicals. Best to stick to Isopropyl alcohol. I got mine from Boots ages ago but best not to look too shabby when buying it or they will think twice before giving it to you. They did ask me what I wanted it for.wouldn't use that

Well, just had my second 3900x die on me on completely stock settings. I suspect that there is something else wrong with my system and everything will have to go back. Already had the MB sent back but maybe there is a PSU issue too. Not sure, but 2 dead chips is tilting.

Not sure what is the cause. It could be just bad luck or a bad motherboard/psu. Hopefully this is sorted quickly but I feel the cause will be hard to find.
