Ryzen 5700X coming for $300

I just bought one of these - will be interesting to see the uplift from my 2700x. Had that for four years, £269 feels like a sensible amount for an upgrade given I can reuse my motherboard and memory.
 
If it's the retailer I'm thinking of they don't tend to honour it. Especially once it's been on hotukdeals and a load of people place orders.

There was a guy on these very forums with a thread on how he purchased something mis-priced and they cancelled the order. Although they did offer him some compensation (but he was still unhappy).

Good luck to anyone that ordered though, hope it arrives :)

edit: ah actually looking at hotukdeals some have actually been dispatched and one has it, so well done.

What a bargain.

Got one on the way. Looks like the early eBay orders were honoured.
