HUB conclusion, just go with 13900k if buying today as cheaper or wait for the 8 core.

He's talking to a wall and he knows it, ironically in the Q&A video he put out last night he said he has no problem with the 4090 because it was the fastest GPU and its ok to price a halo product high.

Hypocrite  always hypocrisy when it come to Nvidia with this guy lately....

People are going to buy it because its a jack of all trades, it has the gaming performance and the cores, its what people wanted.

I will don't worry.
Only thing I don't like is - some games seem to prefer more than 8 cores, so they perform better on the actual 7950x 3d than the simulated 7800x 3d. I can't wait for single 12 core 3d CCDs, that would be the endgame

I'm only interested in the high res benchmarks, looks like it's about equal with Intel now. The 5800X3D was only a small amount behind the 13900K at 4K.

Great, no 4k benchmarks, what a waste of time. That’s all I play at and I want to know if it’s worth throwing away my 13900ks for that 2fps. Thanks a lot.

I jokes.

According to Techpowerup, the 13900K has a very slight advantage at 4K:

What are people looking at to say, wow this is way better than the 13900k? Like, can someone break it down for me? Awfully lot of people going, THIS IS AMAZING THE DOGS DANGLIES etc

It's not a lot better than the 13900k, but the thing is, it shows you what a 7800x 3d can do.. It will wipe the i5's out of existence in gaming with less power draw.. So sure, arguably, maybe a 13900k or a 13900ks with tapped out m max memory might end up being faster, but the lower end intel parts will be basically dead in 2 months that the 7800x3d gets released.

Having gone through all of the reviews its not really. Some games as expected like the cache, some not. In the techpowerup review it's a couple of percent at 1080p in it's favour and a fraction slower at 4k. Kind of a wash really.

GN saw better results than HUB in a few of those benchmarks so probably some quirks out there tbh.

The HUB scene has lower FPS,so probably is more intensive. But in both reviews the Ryzen 9 7950X and Core i9 13900KS are the same positions in SOTTR,but the Ryzen 7 7800X3D is going to be quicker than both it appears.
