I reckon he was a **** to work with, so they used this as a way of getting rid but then had to back out due to public pressure.
But you quite clearly are prejudging. You know nothing about their situation or certainly not enough to class them as a family of chavs. Tad unfair do you not think?

if I was wearing my company logo’d uniform and decided, while working, to smash up a snowman on a public pathway just for lols and a video of it went ‘viral’ I’d fully expect to face quite a serious disciplinary. if I was a 19 year old on an agency contract I’d fully expect to be let go.

I hope the Central Committee overules the supposed decision to re-employ him, and maybe sends him off to a work camp or something.
As for his bleating about becoming a father and having a family to feed, either the State finds a suitable use for his offspring, or they just get left out in the snow to starve.
But since we are passing judgement, I will also recommend that the family who complained about the assault on the snow-creature be given a similar sentence. Their hysterical outpouring over a trivial matter has ruined the lives of a whole family and they must be held to account for that.

I read elsewhere that he didn't directly lose his job for the kicking. He was re-assigned to another crew, away from his 'mates' and he kicked off about it so being agency they told the agency they no longer wanted him.
