LOL. They really are totally incompetent. Not learned from their mistakes at all.

I'm going with the wait and see.Perplexed said:So what is the consensus of opinion then?

I've got an order for saturday which cost ~30 with delivery, all booze. From what I've read on another forum it seems to be they only process it the day before/on the day that it is sent, depending what time it is delivered at, so if they call it will be tomorrow or fridayPaulStat said:was it blatantly obvious orders though?
i.e. 60 quids worth of booze for 17?
I've got mine booked for Friday, no calls as of yet

Saying that the have honoured some orders, can they get away with hounouring some but not others?
What, saying "hi, erm, right - I knew these vouchers weren't really for me and I was being a cheeky so-and-so, and I'd read the T&Cs on the site which clearly stated how vouchers were to be used - but lol i saw it on da net so can i have my money back? lol companies suck"NiCkNaMe said:Anyone fancy emailing the beeb?

You're in the wrong. You knew you were in the wrong when you placed the orders. You have no one to blame but yourself.
