Watch some sr3 vids and ull see the sharp turns in the cars to see how bad turning is i.e far too sharp and fast it just wouldnt be nice to cruise in and explore the city and areas.

Was like it in sr2 but due to the speed up bug it made it unable to drive properly. This was on pc, i hear it was perfectly fine on console tho as in able to drive even tho it was still sharp turns without having a curve in cornering.

The Genki pack cannot be had for less than £27 and on day 1 there 2 ****** DLC packs available.

Surely they should have had the decency to give those who paid more for the pre-orders at least all the day 1 DLC?

Entered my key in steam, showing preload only at the moment. Will try to unlock it via a US VPN this evening. Looking forward to some mindless fun

Well done for spotting the source of evil. The trick would be not buying any of the DLC However much the shark gun screams buy me, I wont. Get your Armed and Dangerous on the go.

Can get a key for the LE version for 25 quid... not sure if thats legit or not?

I mean the site says it is and has thousands of facebook fans and people have posted their key lets them pre-load... however what is Steams outlook on this?

No, its from CJs Keys (if im allowed to name it)

There are some threads ripping into them, but the lad always seems to reply so dosent shy away from it. Plus its the same 2/3 people going for him, so im thinking thats a personal thing rather than being a key issue

Also he does show photos of mountains of BF3 boxes with a piece of paper with CJs Keys on it... i know it could be faked but idk, seems legit and having 10k fans on Facebook that seem happy enough surely is a good thing?

idk, im impatient, I want a key now and to be able to do that US unlock trick thats all

plus for 25 notes for the Genki box, cant grumble.

I use the USAIP free demo. 'Unlimited' free use but disconnects every 7 minutes, more than enough to unlock games

In other news the game is good fun, but performance isn't great. At max in-game settings I'm getting 30-45fps outside, dropping to the late 20's every now and then. Quite stuttery too. CPU usage is <15%. Have tried a few different catalyst drivers including the just released 11.11 with CAP1, no difference really. Spec is a 6990, core i7 @ 4.2Ghz, SSD etc.

Graphically, some (most?) parts look excellent but there are some parts that look like GTA 3.

Still, good fun though :cool:

My son's xbox version came today from Tesco. My PC version from Tesco was dispatched today as well.

Tesco also dispatched my skyrim early as well which I got a day in advance.

Only played 2 missions and had a free roam and its good fun. Its just OTT mayhem really and my character ive setup does the Ric Flair dance as a taunt

Graphics are nice and ive had no glitches at all, no slowdown or anything and that includes during the huge firefights in missions and also a gang bang that saw me raped by about 30 people and have all my exits blockaded by cars... I died by driving my motorbike into a building, I got flung against the wall and although I survived that a huge truck came up and pinned me.

and its installed on a SSD

Running on Ultra at 1920x1080

Not sure on FPS ive not checked but its smooth as anything... ill quickly login in and have a mess around see what its showing.

Edit - cant get FRAPS to show the fps counter
