I ordered through Vodafone as well there's been no movement on it whatsoever.

I paid the handset cost but that was returned back into my account and yesterday on the phone they said the handset cost would be added onto my next bill...which has never happened before.

I received the order confirmation & even signed the upgrade contract & was told not to worry my order will be with me on 27th.

apparently people who ordered through Sky Mobile are seeing movement. I’m not holding out much hope for Vodafone, though.
 
Just going through configuring and migrating from an s10+. This device is a game changer for me. Screens and speakers are awesome. The cameras are fine for my use as I hardly use them. The case that comes part of the pre-order is eh okay but will be changing ASAP. The battery life is my only concern at the moment.

Just checked my order status again & now its changed from preorder confirmed to order confirmed We have received your order and we are getting it ready. You'll be able to see your estimated delivery date once it's been dispatched.
 
I pre-ordered on Samsung and had to choose next Friday as the delivery date which I assume was the same for everyone else who pre ordered. So those getting it early did Samsung just decide to send irrespective of the delivery date chosen?
 
Yes they just decide to send them out without a choice, though DFD offer redelivery options so I get people could choose another day If they wanted.

The watch for eaxmple was not sent out early.
 
Initial thoughts:

Pros:
- the main screen is stunningly beautiful, especially with full screen 4K content/apps
- multifunctional
-it’s the future

Cons:
- it’s heavy and a bit cumbersome to use when open - slips easily. Pocket presence can really be felt.
- not a fan of the narrow front screen
- worried about pocket lint - any past experience?


Overall, it’s very impressive.

Gen 2 didn't come out til late 2019

I bought my active gen 1 in 2019 and still happily using it. I've also ordered the fold. :/
