Vodafone absolutely suck. The customer service is horrendous!

I did a flexi upgrade with them last week for the fold 3..I paid the £49 upfront cost, signed the contract online for the upgrade and received order confirmation with delivery. They took the upgrade cost straight away & for days that amount was pending on my bank account & all of a sudden that amount has gone back into my account.

Anyone had anything like this happen with their preorder ?

I couldn’t handle another call to them lol.

The reason I cancelled is I’m not sure how much the fold in the screen would bother me when using it. A mate has ordered one direct from Samsung so I will get a good look at his.

only LinusTechTips has mentioned Exynos for outside the US but they are saying he got his info wrong.

Ordered me a 512Gb Fold3 with Watch4 Classic. First folding/flip phone for me in a very very long time (motorola microtac ii)

Apologies gents, I did get that info from LTT but was watching it from the YT app on my TV so no ability to read comments. I'm assuming they'll re-edit the video to clarify their mistake with an overlay. Did find it surprising they would moved away from using SD in all regions like that did with the Fold 2, but also thought it may have been one of the ways they've bought the cost down.
 
I've also just had a DPD email but as well as that, I've got a dispatch email from Samsung that says "The following item/s is on the way to you." then it lists the starter kit and the phone, so it seems they have sent it early.
 
I hope you're all right, although a week seems earlier than previous releases?

Anyway, nothing from EE about a delivery, so I'll sit here enviously awaiting details of your deliveries!
